European ST-T and MIT-BIH database

I'm doing a program using Matlab to classify ECG signal,
I just want to ask , can I change the MIT-BIH database's signal to European ST-T? and how?
Please I need HELP cry .

Thanx in advanced.

Hi everyone!
I am new to this site. I am doing a project ECG wave classification using Artificial Neural Networks for my Masters in Computer Science. I am going to implement everything using C#.
How can I read "MIT-BIH Database" and how can I plot them? Where can I get useful information about that?
Thanks in advance...

>hi im new user.im interested to doing research work in ecg based.i hav some ideas. if any body having new ideas pls inform me

Menox,

I have worked on MIT-BIH database before, but didn't work on European ST-T. What I gather from their header files is their data files use the same format 212.
Refer here: http://www.physionet.org/physiotools/wag/signal-5.htm#sect7 (external link)

However their headers seem to be a bit different hence reading from the same program might be an issue.

I am planning to make a wrapper in C# so as to pick up a database and read the 212 format and store in a standard column array. This will take sometime. I will upload them here.

Meanwhile, how about finding a difference and setting the change in the its reader?

I will get back to you in a month or so.
